1. Returns Due to Defects or Inaccuracies:
If your item has a defect or doesn’t match the description provided, you may request a return within 24-48 hours of receiving it. To initiate the return process, please contact our Customer Service Center via chat or email for authorization.
- If reported within 24 hours of receipt, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If reported after 48 hours, you may be responsible for the return shipping cost, depending on the nature of the issue.
2. Returns for Other Reasons:
If the product matches its description but you still wish to return it, you have 14 days from the delivery date to do so. The item must be returned in new, unused condition.
- In this case, return shipping costs and any applicable cancellation fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
3. Non-Receipt of Order:
If you do not receive your order, you are eligible for a full refund, issued directly by Moroccan Corridor or through your payment provider. Moroccan Corridor will cover all shipping costs in cases of non-delivery.
4. Cancellation Policy:
Orders are processed immediately to provide timely delivery. However, if you wish to cancel an order within 10 hours of payment, you may do so by contacting us directly. Cancellation fees are as follows:
- For payments under $140: Between $30 and $50
- For payments between $140 and $300: $80
- For payments between $300 and $500: $150
- For orders over $500: $250
These fees cover storage, processing, and any customs costs. If the order has not yet been collected by UPS, only 50% of these fees will apply, provided the cancellation request is made within the 10-hour timeframe.
5. Balance Verification:
Please ensure your payment method has sufficient funds before placing an order to avoid any unpaid balances.
